It's not exactly a shock that Las Vegas, the unofficial "wedding capital of the world" was busier than ever on Friday Nov. 11 -- 11/11/11 -- a day thought to be lucky for couples around the world.
Indeed, couples were saying their "I Do's" in every chapel, hotel and patch of grass in town from the stroke of midnight -- at least 3,500 or more (the city usually sees about 300 weddings on a typical Friday).
