New to the Hancock Park housing market is David Schwimmer's historic home for $10.7 million.

The expansive home was built in 1926 by Koerner & Gage - the architectural firm which also built the Beverly Hills City Hall, reports Realtor.com.

The Mediterranean property features a whopping 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms on over an acre of land. The 11,000 square foot living space comprises a library, fireplaces, and a screening room. The outdoor space highlights a lawn, pool, patio.

Schwimmer is best known for his kooky character Ross on the TV Show "Friends", but since the show went off the air it has become more about family for the actor. Schwimmer married Zoe Buckman in 2010. And in May of 2011, the couple welcomed their first child, daughter Cleo.
