'West Side Story' Flashmob Invades Times Square Ahead Of 50th Anniversary DVD Release (VIDEO)

The film version of "West Side Story" may be half a century old, but its ardent fans are clearly still a force to be reckoned with.

A flashmob invaded New York's Times Square just ahead of the 50th anniversary commemorative Blu-Ray, impressing the masses with legendary choreographer Jerome Robbins' slick moves straight from the film's opening number.

The two-disc set is due out Nov. 15.
