As city officials around the country move to disband Occupy Wall Street encampments amid growing concerns over health and public safety, protesters have begun to erect more tents on college campuses.

"Refund" and "re-fund" are two different words, with two different meanings. I'm pretty sure they meant "re-fund" as a verb, so I'd give them a pass on that.

There isn't any good reason to hold a sign upside-down though.

I know. They are down to only a handful. It could mean a boon for American made walkers and oxygen tanks if they are bussed in again from all the white only nursing homes.
The Kochs would probably spring for more of those Chinese made tricorner hats and fake flags, however. Could balance out the proceeds.
