Who says you can't get kids interested in politics? Looks like things are about to change because Justin Bieber's visiting the White House.

Although his visit's not political, Bieber announced during an interview with UK radio station Kiss FM that he will be performing in Washington this Christmas.

The Biebs revealed that President Obama is a surprising fan of his work (he ranked just below Snoop Dogg). “His kids really like me, which is cool too,” he said.

Bieber, who is obviously too cool to gush about his upcoming performance casually revealed some of the details, "I'm performing for [Obama] and, like, the whole senate and all that."

That impenetrable swag!

Oh, and if you're thinking about what the perfect gift is for Mr. Bieber this Christmas season, look no further than your sock drawer.

The kid is pretty politically mature for his age. I remember him weighing in on health care in the US vs his country's universal system. Smart, and on the just side.

I agree. People comparing him to a lesbian and calling him gay are ruthless. They are the same kind of people that relentlessly bully young kids about their sexuality (whether the bullied are gay or not) and cause them to commit suicide. It's sad.
