Intertwining music and powerful images, this short film by Everyone reminds us of the humanity and individuality of teen 'losers' who are bullied and picked on -- and how damaging even a single cruel word can be. Lady Gaga, who just launched her own anti-bullying foundation, has spoken out on the effect that bullying has had on her, and is now working to make bullying -- which she describes as a "hate crime" -- illegal.
The video is a call to action for teens: think twice before you call someone a 'slut,' 'faggot,' or 'fatass,' and just as importantly, don't stand by and watch while someone is labeled with hurtful words. You have no idea what impact your words might have on someone.
