While she has tip-toed her way back on to the scene, with baby Aleph in tow, Natalie Portman will be returning to Hollywood Friday night for her first post-baby gig.

The "Black Swan" star will be participating in Jason Reitman's live reading of the acclaimed hit, "The Apartment," according to Vulture.

Here, the new mom will be reprising Shirely MacLaine's role as "the fetching elevator operator," Fran Kubelik. The rest of the cast includes J.K. Simmons, Ken Jeong, Nick Kroll, Mindy Kaling and Jake Johnson.

Good to have you back, Natalie!

Just saw Black Swan for the first time last night. Unbelievable movie, and an unbelievable acting performance. Most disturbing film I've seen in a long time.

HA! Loved it!

And I daresay I'd hate to see what you consider a not-crappy movie!

I agree completely. And yeah, it was very disturbing. Portman was perfectly cast.

I understand she is going make "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies". I believe she bought the book rights. I read the book. That should be fun.
