A Denver woman responsible for a petition against the show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" says she has received violent threats from fans of the celebrity family and their reality television series.

"I've had death threats," Cyndy Snider told CBS Denver. "That's been my latest, in the past two days I've had death threats ... over the Kardashians, and I'm a Kim hater."

Snider, 41, started the petition -- hosted on GoPetition.com -- with the goal of having producers remove the "Kardashians" from E! Network's current offerings.

"It's not per se the Kardashians themselves, it's the show itself. It's the value of the show and what it portrays," Snider added.

According to the entertainment blog RumorFix, Snider could make Snooki and the "Jersey Shore" her next target.

There is also a Facebook page which has accumulated over 50,000 "Likes" protesting the Kardashians.

The Kardashian petition currently has 143,973 signatures and counting.
