You can learn a lot about a show in 48 seconds, especially if the 48 seconds are as funny as this.
In less than a minute, which is how long this sneak preview clip of "Key & Peele," a Comedy Central series premiering in January 2012 is, you can catch a glimpse of a subtle yet irreverent style of sketch comedy not seen on the network since the "Chappelle's Show" days.
The show stars comedic actor-writers Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele and will feature a combination of filmed sketches and live stage segments (a classic sketch comedy formula).
From the press release:
"Whether it's satirizing the President, spoofing Nazis, or ordering up some soul food, 'Key & Peele' will showcase their chemistry, camaraderie and unique point of view, born from their shared background and experiences growing up biracial in a not quite post-racial world."
