sometimes running in cold weather makes the body to allow excessive wind in the body which can interrupt breathing due to cause of lung failure at elderly aging. check on Facebook.com/drmoosa

I"m a runner who lives in the Northeast and my favorite time to run is the fall and the winter. I love the cooler weather b/c my body has a tendency to overheat during the warmer seasons no matter what I wear. The cooler weather allows me to run longer and harder. I never wear layers of clothing during the winter and I do just fine but I am likely the exception to the rule.
