After Eddrick Grant lost his job and had to move his wife and 10 kids in with his grandmother, he was sure things would improve. But then, a fire engulfed their home, leaving the Grants with nowhere to go, King5.com reports.
"By the grace of God we were looking like we were having a turnaround there," Grant told the news outlet.
The family escaped unscathed Friday night from the fire that investigators have determined was accidental. But, the Grants pretty much lost everything. .
"The hardest part is not knowing what's next," Eddrick's wife, Kim, told King5.com.
The family is looking to the Red Cross for food and shelter. If you would like to donate to the Grants' cause, donate to the Seattle Red Cross here or call (206) 323-2345.
