Which U.S. city is the healthiest for women? Which city exercises the most? Which city loves salads the most?
Self magazine has found the answers to these questions, and more, in its 11th annual issue ranking of the Best Cities for Women.
Seven thousand pieces of data from more than 100 U.S. metro areas were analyzed -- including farmers market prevalence, weather and sleep patterns -- to compile the rankings, which will air on the TV show "The Doctors" today (check your local listings for air times in your area) as part of the "Tips from America's Healthiest Cities" episode.
Check out some of the findings below, and tune in to "The Doctors" for the full findings.
