Church Street Entertainment's New Year’s Eve Street Party
Times Square in New York drops a large crystal ball, but in downtown Orlando, Church Street drops an orange. Most famous for its expansive holiday block parties, downtown Orlando's Church Street Entertainment has five clubs in which to party. Although each club usually has a very distinct atmosphere, the entire street turns into one large fiesta for New Year's Eve. The fireworks show is projected on the side of a building, making it seem as if the fireworks are only inches away from the audience. Starting at $39, the price includes entry into all five clubs, where celebrants can dance the night away.

New Year's Eve At Universal CityWalk
A family-oriented park by day, Universal Studios transforms into a club-kid playground at night. The park boasts CityWalk, a street lined with clubs such as the Red Coconut Club, the groove, and Rising Star, and clubbers usually overflow into the street. Tickets to the New Year's Eve celebration will get visitors into seven clubs and to the live performance, featuring Smash Mouth and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. Take heed that, while the Hard Rock Cafe and the sports-related bars will have free admission on New Year's Eve, the other clubs and the live concert will require a $119.99 ticket.

Pirate's Dinner Adventure: New Year's Eve Bash
Can you handle a Buccaneer Bash Disco Party? Pirate's Dinner Adventure is a swashbuckling theater adventure in the round, set in a 300,000-gallon indoor lagoon. The show's slapstick comedy and derring-do have an interactive component, as audience members cheer on -- and can participate in -- the action. Ordinarily, the show features a Caribbean feast and a preshow buffet. On Dec. 31, there will be a special New Year's Eve Bash, featuring all the usual amenities plus a live band, Cirque du Soleil-style performers and disc jockey Tito. Extras also include a midnight balloon drop, souvenir goblet and other assorted party favors. This interactive show begins at 9:30 p.m. and costs $99.95 ($69.95 for children). The bash lasts until 2 a.m. (An earlier 7 p.m. show does not include the disco party.)
