From the makers of the popular Bluetooth earpiece comes a strange, stylish, excellent Bluetooth speaker. A rectangular box made of a strong rubber, the Jambox from Jawbone is one of the more unusual and stylish ways to blast tunes (or answer your telephone), either through a headphone jack or by Bluetooth. Jawbone sees its Jambox as both a high-quality portable speaker AND a fashion accessory. The device is about the size of a blackboard eraser, and it comes with an optional plastic chain that hooks up to the Jambox so you can wear it around your neck as bling.

Available in four colors for $199 from the Jawbone website.

I recently discovered that if you don't have the money to buy a great gadget for someone, gift them a rental, for maybe a month. Then they also get to know whether they like it or not. Lots of sites now like that such as gizmotakeout.com and rentagadget.com.

I have the Klipsch iGroove SXT and I'm fairly pleased with the sound quality. I don't know if that can be beat for ~$125.

Agreed. I wonder what the problem is. Are you using Chrome also?
