Holiday season is just around the corner, which means Justin Bieber is on a full-out press tour to promote his Christmas album, "Under The Mistletoe." The teenager crooner stopped by to chat with David Letterman on "The Late Show" Tuesday for a pre-taped segment, slated to air Wednesday, and those pesky paternity claims popped up in their conversation.
Letterman conveyed his outrage about the claims -- "That made me see red!" -- and when Bieber asked why he was so angry, the host replied, "I could smell a weasel."
"I could smell a weasel too, a little bit," Bieber replied, adding that he thinks it's pretty crazy people would make up such false accusations.
They are, of course, talking about Mariah Yeater's claims that Bieber is the father of her infant son. Yeater filed a paternity lawsuit against the singer earlier this month, but Bieber -- who has adamantly denied ever meeting Yeater -- and his legal team fired right back with a suit of their own.
"They just swab your mouth," Bieber told Letterman when asked how it was done.
Wednesday morning, Bieber fever hit midtown Manhattan when the singer performed a special concert during the "Today Show" for a crowd of screaming fans. Afterward, he jumped over to "The View" to chat with the ladies and perform for the audience.
Don't miss Bieber's full interview Wednesday night on "The Late Show."
