Miley Cyrus Alludes To Smoking Weed, Being A Stoner (VIDEO)

Miley Cyrus' is no stranger to bong-related stories -- remember last year's salvia incident? -- and her 19th birthday bash was filled with Bob Marley and marijuana references, naturally.

The former Disney darling celebrated her birthday last weekend at Beacher's Madhouse Club in Los Angeles and The Daily managed to find a pretty interesting video that is sure to have Cyrus' publicity team working overtime in the coming days.

The video shows Cyrus thanking the crowd at her party, which was thrown by pal Kelly Osbourne, who gave her a Bob Marley cake.

"You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake -- you know you smoke way too much f***in' weed," Cyrus says in the clip.

Osbourne then jumps in with a well-played response: "I thought salvia was your problem."

Hey, we guess she's just being Miley.

Kelly Osbourne took to Twitter Sunday, making sure everyone know she and Miley were just joking at her birthday party.

Whatever you do, don't buy or smoke any weed in Europe. 80% of it is skunk (extreme THC, devoid of CBN), which is 5-25 times more powerful than regular weed. Powerful enough to cause hallucinations.

Thank God that Alcohol is still legal in this country.

We don't have enough drunk driving deaths, incidents of Family Violence, binge drinking by young kids/adults to the point that they choke on their puke and DIE!

In the meantime, in some 10,000 of recorded history, there is NOT a single, death that has ever been reported as having been caused directly by weed.

The LD/50 (the average "lethal dose" estimated to kill half of a lab population (and then correlated to adults), cannot be calculated, because they haven't been able to kill any lab rats from pot.

But they think that if an average adult male consumed about 1,000 - 1,500 pounds of pot in 15 minutes, you "might" be able to produce a death of one guy in a 2 person study. Essentially, you would need for a bale of weed to fall on you to kill you, because you sure as 'heck' couldn't possibly consume that much.

But that's not the weed... If people drink and drive it isn't attributed to "death by alcohol" - it's a death by car, INFLUENCED by alcohol.
The obvious difference is that if I go and skull 3 bottles of vodka, I will probably die of alcohol poisoning.
If I smoked all the weed I've ever smoked in my entire life in the space of 30 seconds, I'd just be really really high. Or maybe fall asleep.

BTW, if anybody had EVER OVER-DOSED from pot in the past 10,000 years or so, don't you think the gov't would have told us about it?

Oh, that's right, they tried to do that telling us over the years that:

1. Mexicans and Blacks RAPE White women after smoking Marihuana (a term coined to make it sound more ethnic than cannabis);
2. pot kills you;
3. pot kills brain cells;
4. pot's a "gate-way" drug; and
5. one of the best lies, "pot kills b/c it supports terrorism." Nevermind that AMERICAN FARMERS can't grow it b/c we'd rather have Mexican Cartels dealing to kids, and the DEA needs its boogey-man.

The biggest groups in favor of "the War on Drugs, one Citizen at a Time," are the DEA, and of course, Drug Dealers. Dealers would lose ALL business OVERNIGHT if pot were legalized (taxed/regulated), and DEA thugs would also be out of business.

Thank God our gov't will not let its own citizens make choices regarding their own bodies. But then again, we don't own our bodies, the gov't does, as it tells us what we can/can't put into it, tells us that we must purchase health insurance from the government, the Constitution be damned, and it will encourage us not to use drugs (other than alcohol and tobacco) by imprisoning a million of its citizens.
