For those who say this isn't working because she is overweight, you don't know how long she has been doing this for. Maybe she just started. Maybe she used to be much bigger and has lost a lot of weight as a result. The only thing I know for sure is that she is getting a heck of a workout - more so than just walking or running because she is using her entire body. Someone should take a lesson from that.

The only problem I have with this video is that clearly it was taken without her permission. I would love to see this lady post her own video, taken with her permission. The gym should offer to pay her for a promo.

Why do people have to say negative stuff about this? She is obviously having fun and getting a little exercise at the same time. And for the gym junkies who say that she is overweight and not getting cardio... who cares? I hope you understand that you are the minority... today most of us are overweight to some degree and we exercise for fun not to maintain some rigid cardio schedule. She moves with the grace of a dancer on what is basically a conveyor belt. I wonder if you could dance on a treadmill and not land on your skinny tail.
