Tim Tebow remains the center of attention in the NFL following yet another unlikely comeback that improved the Broncos to 5-1 with the Florida legend as the starting quarterback. Once again, the Broncos deployed a conservative game plan with the play calls mostly sticking to the ground.
The Broncos called rushes on 51 of the 70 plays, however, when called upon for a big passing play Tebow answered. He connected on just nine of 18 passes, however, his average of 7.9 yards per pass attempt was nearly three yards per play better than his opponent Philip Rivers.
Tebow is not just a winner in reality, but also fantasy despite the uncanny statistics. For instance, this week his 143 passing yards are low but he did toss a touchdown plus rushed for 67 yards (more than any other quarterback this week).
Unfortunately for fantasy managers, Tebow is owned in nearly two-thirds of fantasy leagues. However, even this late into the season there are still plenty of options on the fantasy football waiver wire.
