'Scouted' Trailer Makes Us Wonder How Supermodels Got Scouted Themselves (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

Have you ever wondered how Gisele, Cindy and Coco landed their plush gigs? You'll be able to score a peek into the model-scouting process with "Scouted," the new show connected with New York's One modeling agency, which premieres tonight.

The E! show, which will reportedly feature Bar Refaeli in one episode, will follow modeling execs as they scour the country's nooks and crannies in search of the hottest new talent. One exec favors model-hunting in food courts and malls -- nabbing the girls in those sweet days before the crazy runway diets begin.

But obviously, the most famous supermodels weren't ferreted out by reality show headhunters. Check out our slideshow below to see how some of the world's well-known models got scouted themselves, and also watch the trailer for "Scouted," which premieres at 10 p.m. EST tonight on E!.

A friend of mine had a class at Northwestern with Cindy Crawford. He thought she was better looking than any of the cheerleaders. That explains why she became a super model, while the cheerleading team was stuck on the sidelines during football games.

Most of these models are not "beautiful" but attractive and the makeup and clothes give them the potential to look beautiful. Alot of us are like that so they really are not any different than us. Gisele is not beautiful but attractive.

That's exactly what I was thinking, they don't have beautiful faces but I guess it's the clothes, make-up and hair that makes a model...? I mean I'm not hating on them because some look great, but when you isolate their face it really isn't "amazing".

I must say that I'm very impressed with Gisele and her quarterback husband, Tom Brady. I live near Boston, as do Tom and Gisele. They're often times see in and around Boston. There are so many reports of Gisele, either with hubby in tow, or solo, will do so much charity work and a lot with children. I think that's wonderful! She seems like a real person and so down to earth.. I wouldn't have thought that, just by looking at her.. But you know what they say.. You can't judge a book...............
