Mika Brzezinski managed to infuriate Joe Scarborough during a discussion about President Obama on Wednesday's "Morning Joe."
The clash came during a segment about Obama's approval ratings. After panelist Mike Barnicle said that it seemed as though Obama "doesn't like politics," Brzezinski cut in, saying, "well who would today?" This set Scarborough off.
"Come on!" he shouted. "If you don’t like medicine, don’t be a doctor."
"No, no," Brzezinski said. "If you don’t like politics, don’t put yourself out there to run the free world, Mika!” Scarborough thundered. "...Stop the apologizing!"
"I'm not apologizing," Brzezinski shot back. Scarborough then did a high-pitched imitation of her. "Who would like politics today?" he said mockingly. "Who would?" Brzezinski repeated. "Why don't you answer that question?"
"A lot of people love politics," Scarborough said. "Bill Clinton loved politics. FDR loved politics. Ronald Reagan loved politics. Great leaders love what they do."
