Ryan Phillippe Home In Hollywood Hills For Sale (PHOTOS)

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Apparently both in love and real estate, Ryan Phillippe is taking that old adage to heart. The ex-husband of actress Reese Witherspoon and baby-daddy (well, what would you call him?) to ex-girlfriend model Alexis Knapp has listed his Hollywood Hills home at $7.45 million -- again.

He had the Asian-inspired architectural home on the market a year ago at the same price. Who was it that said the definition of insanity is repeating the same action and expecting a different outcome?

Phillippe bought the 7,600-square-foot bachelor's pad in 2008 for $7.1 million. It has five bedrooms and a city-lights view off the master bedroom. There's a pool, walls of flowing water for those zen moments, and a large fire pit. When it was previously listed, much was made of the custom home theater that features an electric projection screen that pops down just like at the movies.

Listing agents are Penny Warren and Kathleen M. Holland, both Coldwell Banker, Studio City, according to the MLS.
