Heather Daughdrill Arrested: Louisiana Cops Say Bible Camp Teacher Had Sex With Boy

Police in Louisiana arrested a 28-year-old woman who they say had sex with a young teenage boy on multiple occasions after meeting at a summer Bible camp.

Heath Daughdrill, of Westlake, is accused of initiating the relationship while acting as a teacher and aide at a June religious retreat. She allegedly continued seeing the 13-year-old boy until her arrest in October, according to a press release from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Department.

"The investigation revealed Daughdrill would engage in inappropriate sexual contact with the boy after picking him up from school without the parents' knowledge," the press release explains.

Authorities also say that they discovered "explicit text messages" between Daughdrill and the boy, whose identity remains anonymous.

Following her Nov. 28 arrest, Daughdrill now faces 17 criminal charges including sexual battery, carnal knowledge of a juvenile, kidnapping, indecent behavior with a juvenile and contributing to delinquency. Her bond in Calcasiue Parish is set at $47,000.

Many people are making comments about the occurrence of sexual crimes with in the church, speaking as though just because these people are christians that they must be perfect. If you know anything about the faith, then you would know that the most important part of being a believer is admitting that you have sinned, and will forever be a sinner for we all fall short of the glory of God. You can't blame the bible for why people with in the church commit crimes, because the bible provides no justification for it what so ever. The important thing here is that we remember that we are not the ones to judge, and that Jesus forgives. God is far mightier than all sin. Hallelujah.

People always make light of this thing when it is an OK looking woman, but when it is a grown man and a 13 year old girl, people look at the man as an out of control sex fiend! These double standards of thinking that males want sex regardless and women do not want sex is why women get away or get off lightly with rape, murder, abuse and other crimes usually associated with men.

DISGUSTING. I don't have a religion myself, but even I am offended by someone masquerading themselves as a religious person and taking advantage of the trust that comes with it to rape children in what they should be able to consider a safe space. She deserves to get locked away for as long as a man who has sex with a little girl.

The entire "cougar" phenomenon is female ego driven....a form of narcissistic power that has become a sexual turn on for many women. Most people in society are sexually immature so this kind of behavior is common. As well, a good percentage of "christians" are addicted to porn, have other hidden addictions, and have perfected the ability to appear outwardly righteous. That said, what parent in their right mind would send their child to BIBLE CAMP!?? Any kind of camp experience is a breeding ground for pedophiles, weird adults, and perverts. The woman in this video won't do any time. Because she's educated, middle class, reasonably attractive, blonde, and all of the rest, she'll get probation, community service, lose her teaching license, and then live happily ever after as a sex offender. More crap that the tax paying public will have to pay for. Today's adults are such a disappointment.

She actually picked the child up from school to have some form of luid sexual contact with him then what dropped him off at the corner of his street so that his parents wouldn't see him in her car? This woman needs to do hard time. I am tired of reading about these cases!

Funny, people get mad at "over-sexualized" children. They did this and that on school grounds..blah, blah. Well lets be honest, when teachers are sexing little boys and girls what do we really expect from these kids? This is horrible and she needs to do hard time just like Sandusky female or not!

I met a female high school teacher once who seduced one of her students, was sentenced to a mental institution for it and then escaped. She was one of the most twisted individuals I have ever briefly known. (Not a friend before any confusion occurs.)
