Henry Allen Fitzsimmons Gets Two Years For Giving Scholarships In Exchange For Spankings

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. -- A Virginia restaurant owner accused of spanking three young women he was helping financially has pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual battery.

Media outlets say Henry Allen Fitzsimmons was sentenced to two years in prison after he entered his plea Wednesday in a Virginia Beach court.

Authorities say the 54-year-old Fitzsimmons agreed to provide an allowance and college tuition to the women under a so-called scholarship program. As part of the plan, the women agreed to be spanked if they violated certain rules, such as failing to call Fitzsimmons or drinking alcohol.

Fitzsimmons also pleaded guilty to perjury involving a liquor license application for his restaurant.

I feel bad for the old man, he thought he had a win win situation. Got to help out these young women, and get a lil spank for the spank bank. He even tried to get them to behave by offering consequences for naughty deeds. A note here, based on some of the comments below. The bad part of this guy's actions was, doing this with his employees, and any amount of coercion that might have existed.

Spanking, by itself, between consenting adults, is just fine, and not exactly unusual. If I remember the last poll on this kind of thing I saw, something like 25-30% of the population has tried it as part of foreplay.

And that is the part of the story they didnt tell us.
I say if these girls did this on their own free will,so what?Even if it was employees,as long as they werent forced into it,and as long as it wasnt in the workplace,but it sounds like you know more about this specific story than me.
Everyday guys pay girls bills in exchange for favors.As long as both are consenting adults,doesnt matter.
