Changi Airport's Super-Sized Architectural Topiaries (PHOTOS)

Widely recognized as one of the world's top airports for its amenities that include a movie theater, a rooftop pool and even a multi-story slide, Changi Airport is already a passenger favorite.

But these architecturally-inspired topiaries -- sculptures made from carefully pruned plants -- are adding additional pop to Terminals 2 and 3 this holiday season.

The Eiffel Tower and Sydney Opera House get their due but the most appropriate piece is the Merlion, a green version of the iconic fountain in central Singapore and a modern-day symbol of the city.
