Posted: Updated:

According to a CNN producer note, iReporter cnsteinman4 sent in this video from Neptune Beach, Fla., depicting Vice President Joe Biden stopping his caravan in order to greet 4th grade students standing in the grass on the side of the road.

Biden, along with Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, posed for a picture with the children and gave hugs and handshakes before their departure.

While in the area, Biden "unleashed his rage" to high school students in Neptune Beach over the rising costs of college tuition. The Vice President also touched on how the issue hit home for him.

"I come from a family like a lot of [yours]," he said. "I come from a circumstance where I know how hard it is and how much debt is accumulated by our sons and daughters."

Duncan later reiterated this to The Huffington Post, saying "this is a very personal battle for him."
