'Chelsea Lately': Kim Kardashian Could Get Banned From Australia (VIDEO)

Maybe work equals pleasure for Kim Kardashian. On the "Chelsea Lately" (Weeknights, 11PM ET on E!), Chelsea Handler talked about Kardashian being placed on Australia's immigration watch list. She'd apparently cited the reason for her visit as pleasure and then proceeded to promote everything from beer to handbags to "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and "Kourtney and Kim Take New York."

"So now any future visits to Australia will be highly scrutinized and she could eventually be banned," Handler said. "We have to take care of that lunatic Mel Gibson and you guys can't take Kim Kardashian?"

Panelist Sarah Colonna speculated about a possible code system put in place for Kardashian sightings down under. "It's a code orange when she's coming with a tan," she said. "Code black when she's coming with a boyfriend."

That joke is particularly timely considering Kardashian was reportedly caught 'canoodling' with Kanye West. She also recently picked up some of Elizabeth Taylor's jewelry on her way to a Las Vegas family holiday. Is all this business -- or pleasure?

Looks like the Aussies have the right idea, maybe America will follow suit and ban the Kard'ass'ians. Then again, maybe not...Americans are hooked on junk food and junk TV.

Online petitions don't really get any attention because they are too easy to pad with fake names.

If you want to do something that does sting, go write to every company they promote and inform them that they lost a customer because of the type of people being employed as a spokesperson. Enough folks do that and it gets noticed, and contracts don't get renewed.

Add the companies that buy air time during their shows.
