HuffPost Comedy's Countdown To Christmas: Drink My Way Through Christmas (VIDEO)

The holiday season is in full swing, which means there is an abundance of seasonally-themed videos and sketches to while away the hours at work (you have stopped actually working until the New Year, right?). So we decided we'd count down the days until Christmas with the videos that are keeping us toasty warm.

Today's treat: one of our favorite comedians Karen Kilgariff has released a video for her hit single "Drink My Way Through Christmas," and not a moment too soon. We're going to go ahead and call this the most cathartic video of the holiday season.

Just because booze is legal doesn't mean it's OK.
The death and destruction rought by drinking, the lives ruined, the personalities destroyed, the people killed says all about this country and some of it's troubled people.
It is a DRUG and it kills more peole than anything else on the planet.

I would truly like to remain drunk from Nov 1st on through New Year's Day, and preferably unconscious. Then I don't have to hear 1,000 renditions of "Deck the Halls" and other lame Christmas songs in every single place I have to go. Then I don't have to put up with the terrible holiday traffic, or hear one more idiot say "I'll get to that after the holidays." Bah! Humbug! Scrooge was an optimist!!!
