'Rules of Engagement': Russell Cites Timmy For Sexual Harassment (VIDEO)

Posted: Updated:

When Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) saved his boss Russell (David Spade) from choking to death on some crab, he thought he was doing the right thing. However, things are rarely that uncomplicated on "Rules of Engagement" (Thu., 8:30PM ET on CBS).

After Timmy performed the Heimlich manouevre and mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on his boss, Russell reported him for sexual harassment.

Given Russell's lurid description of what happened, it was easy to understand how the woman from human resources believed he may have a case: "He claims that you came up behind him, put your arms around him, and made several thrusts."

An appalled Timmy quite reasonably asked, "How does saving somebody's life bring about charges of sexual harassment?" Turns out, Russell was just trying to stop Timmy from going out on a date with a waitress they both had the hots for.
