Robin Wright Remembers Working With Andre The Giant

Robin Wright stopped by "The Talk" (weekdays, syndicated on CBS) Wednesday to discuss her new movie, David Fincher's highly-anticipated "The Girl with The Dragon Tattoo." But the ladies of "The Talk" couldn't resist asking her about her role as Buttercup in the beloved 1987 film "The Princess Bride."

The movie is still a fan favorite all these years later, which Aisha Tyler proved when she confessed she'd seen the film 50 or 60 times. Wright remembered the family atmosphere on the movie's set in the English countryside. When "The Princess Bride" cast reunited earlier this year, Wright got emotional as she remembered everyone the experience. "Oh it just makes tears come!" she reflected.

Wright also talked about the warmth, literally, that Andre the Giant brought to the group. "All he had to do was just place his hand it and would cover your back. He was a coat. He was a human coat." Julie Chen wanted to know about the contrast between Andre's formidable appearance and gentle demeanor, which Wright described as being like "mush inside, a puppy." Wright remembered that Andre, a shy, lonely guy, was incredibly moved, and grateful, to be embraced as a friend by the entire cast.
