Michael Jordan Engaged: Yvette Prieto, Model, Says 'Yes' To Bulls Legend (PHOTOS)

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Michael Jordan is engaged to longtime girlfriend Yvette Prieto, a Cuban-American model he's been dating for three years. Publicist Estee Portnoy confirmed the news, first reported by WCNC in Charlotte, on Thursday.

The Bobcats owner got engaged over the Christmas weekend. No wedding date has been set.

This will be Jordan's second marriage. He married Juanita Vanoy in September 1989, and they divorced in 2006. They have two sons, Jeffrey Michael and Marcus James, and a daughter, Jasmine.

#1He lowered the playing age to 18 (HIGH SCHOOL) to break the college educated players in the league.WHY? Easier to negotiate with kids without any HIGHER EDUCATION.Throw these poor kids $10m contract and they think they have all the money in the world and won´t fight like PAT EWING! PLUS,without college grooming and education, they have not cristalized their skills enough so WHAT THEY ALL DO is play to DUNK, DUNK AND DUNK! No real game talent just the physical high leaping talent! Thus the Europeans, who are a lot older have technical skills these boys lack! Thus their evolution as GREAT PLAYERS have slowed down considerably.
#2 Then he FLOODED THE NBA WITH EUROPEAN/INTERNATIONAL "SUB"TALENT! This enabled him to drive the salaries down further! The European players get nowhere near the money the U.S. PLAYERS GET. And remember OVER 80% ARE BLACKS!
#3 He froze the salaries. NOBODY has made $37m a year contract since JORDAN! OVER 15 YEARS AGO!
#4 THE NBA PLAYER and U.S. sports players used to DOMINATE by far the salary gap with EUROPE. Now they are neck and neck in most cases and it MAKES ME SICK AND ASHAMED!
#5 Outside of TIGER, the U.S. would be at the back of the bus! SOCCER, REAL FOOTBALL, has caught up! LOOK AT BECKHAM! LIKE SHAQ SAID as a sports figure WHAT A JOKE!

MJ is no FOOL! He knows and she DEFINITELY KNOWS that she will not get a big pay out!

#1 THEY DO NOT HAVE KIDS! Big payment is tied to that. Doubt MJ will go that way!
#2 No doubt a pre-nup but ANYWAY YOU PUT THIS..SHE WILL MAKE MONEY JUST ON WRITING A BOOK!!
#3 Even if they divorce in the future, MJ is a class act, so he will throw her $20MIL ANYWAY!

His wife did not deserve her settlement like any other who hadn´t worked for it and build it together but he paid out because DON JOHNSON (BET) convinced him it was worth it and that he will make up the loss again anyway like he did when he gave his ex. $750MILLION! He since then made the money back within 7 years. Not bad. MJ has done the same thing. He is not freaked out like you guys on this site. And he is old enough to be smart enough to watch his back. TIGER..is a kid and acts/behaves like one and got caught out there because he is one. NOW, HE IS ALL GROWN UP. He won´t fall in that TRAP again either. MJ waited until his career was over to get divorced, no big press! TIGER f.. up during the hottest times of his career, now he will go down has a MERE MORTAL, while MJ A GOD! What a shame!
