Is Halle Berry engaged to boyfriend Olivier Martinez?

The star was spotted New Year's Day wearing an emerald on her ring finger. But according to E! Online, neither Berry nor Martinez's reps have confirmed the rumor.

The pair began dating in 2010 after meeting on the set of "Dark Tide" in South Africa.

Berry has been married twice before -- to baseball player David Justice and singer Eric Benet.

She also has a three-year-old daughter, Nahla, with French Canadian model Gabriel Aubry. The pair called it quits in 2010 and following a highly-publicized custody battle, share joint custody of their daughter. Following her split with Aubry, Berry said: "I am a hopeless romantic. And I won't stop till I get it right."
