I like this article, because it has good suggestions and sleep is so vital to our well-being. A reminder is good from time to time.
The best thing that my husband and I have done is to darken our home completely inside with the use of insulated room-darkening fabric shades instead of the blinds that we had used for a long time. Since we have outside lights that come on at dusk as do all of our neighbors, it is very light outside. These shades have helped so much! I bought pure white and you can add trim or whatever you like to coordinate them, since they are fabric on the inside.
Pleasant dreams!
