'Biggest Loser' Trainer Dolvett Quince Tries To Train 'The Talk' Ladies, But Sheryl Underwood Is Incorrigible (VIDEO)

Sheryl's Shenanigans Disrupt 'Talk' Workout Session

On a mission to help people improve their lives in the new year, "The Talk" (weekdays on CBS) wrapped up its week-long "Redo U" series with a home workout tutorial from "The Biggest Loser" trainer Dolvett Quince. And although Sheryl Underwood had promised Dr. Oz in October that she would change her diet and exercise routine after learning that she was obese, she didn't exactly seize the moment on Friday.

Instead of working out, Underwood wanted to watch Quince, Justin Bieber's former trainer, do his thing. As he showed the ladies what he called a "Hindu Push-Up," an exercise that involved moving from a downward-facing dog yoga position to a lower-back stretch, Underwood leaned back to get a better view of his assets, asked Quince to do the move again, and slapped him on the butt.

Quince, somewhat startled, moved the group on to squats, showing them how to use use a chair as a stopping point. Underwood took the 'stopping point' concept literally, and sat down while the other ladies continued with their sets. Finally, Quince had to break out his tough, no-nonsense trainer side, and got in her face and said, "Listen, we're gonna get some work done today, okay?" Ever the jokester, Underwood laughed it off and went back to her ogling.
