and booze is legal? nobody smokes weed and becomes violent, a drunken rage. This pathetic drunk gets probation when he should have got an attemted murder charge and he should lose his kid before he kills him.

Come on, lets give the dad a benefit of the doubt. Sometimes kids need to be disciplined and I am sure this teaching moment will not be forgotten by the brat. Next time this kid will think twice before sassing back. Let's just hope that its not during a flight.

You dont throw your kid overboard as a means to discipline. Is thst what you would do? Oh my kid talked back to me so i'll throw him in traffic. Wow! Really!
