Trails And LiftsOf the 27 trails at Snowy Range Ski and Recreation Area, 12 are for intermediate skiers. The remaining 15 are divided almost evenly between beginner and expert trails. The new owners enhanced the area with more equipment, making it more versatile and appealing to a larger group of skiers and snowboarders.
CostA basic lift ticket at Snowy Range Ski and Recreation Area costs $39 for adults, $34 for teens, $24 for children older than 5 and seniors older than 70. Children younger than 5 are free. Season passes to Snowy Range Ski and Recreation Area range from $159 to $350. Group rates also are available. Lessons at the resort start at $40 and go up to $110, depending on the type of lesson and its length. Snowy Range Ski and Recreation Area offers rentals that cost $15 to $60, depending on the type of gear rented and the duration of the rental.
Apres-SkiMany Laramie dining and lodging establishments are teamed with Snowy Range Ski and Recreation Area to offer discounts and deals to skiers. Several hotels are available for overnight guests. The Bar at Snowy Range, located on-site, gives skiers a place to enjoy a drink apres-ski. Families will enjoy the resort's Moose Lick Cafe for a warm drink and a meal.
