Ricky Martin is sexy and he knows it. The Latin heartthrob will guest-star as a Spanish teacher in an upcoming episode of "Glee" in January, but it looks like he also has an affinity for Top 40 radio because Martin will be covering another bon-bon shaking hit, LMFAO's current single, "Sexy And I Know It."
We knew that Martin's character would give Mr. Schue, played by Matthew Morrison, some kind of trouble, but we never anticipated an Español-off.
"I go to night school now because I need to know how to speak Spanish so I can teach Spanish," Morrison dished to Access Hollywood. "He comes in and I bring him into the Glee Club and people like, really love him, he's a great teacher and stuff, so my job is kind of on the line now because the kids really love him."
And it's not just for the cameras! The "Glee" cast also warmed up to the "Livin' La Vida Loca" singer. Lea Michele tweeted a photo of herself with Martin last week, tweeting, "He's seriously the sweetest and such a great fit for our show!"
So how does Mr. Schue plan to win back the New Directions?
"We have to have a kind of Español-off. So he does a song, I do a song," the "Glee" star told Access. "His will be an LMFAO song," said Morrison, confirming the Latin heartthrob performs the band’s current hit single, "Sexy and I Know It." "Mine will be an Elvis Presley song -- in Spanish."
