Last night, West Palm Beach indie band Surfer Blood performed on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. See the clip below and the full episode on LateNightWithJimmyFallon.com.

The local foursome performed "Miranda" off their "Tarot Classics" EP. (Hear School of Seven Bells remix the track here, courtesy of Broward New Times.)

Here's the band's Twitter reaction to playing the show:

The scariest part of playing Fallon was playing 8 feet from the roots. Illadelph Halflife is the best hiphop record in the world.

Surfer Blood's original members -- John Paul Pitts, Tyler Schwarz, Thomas Fekete and Kevin Williams -- were joined by Adam Perry, frontman for Guy Harvey, another South Florida band.

Surfer Blood is recording their first major label debut next month with producer Phil Ek, who's also worked with Fleet Foxes and Built to Spill.
