Halle Berry Engaged: Olivier Martinez, Actress to Wed (REPORT)

Sorry, guys! Halle Berry is officially off the market. The 45-year-old actress is engaged to Olivier Martinez, according to Us Weekly. Martinez reportedly popped the question to Berry over the holidays, complementing his proposal with a stunning emerald and diamond ring.

Berry, who has a three-year-old daughter, named Nahla, with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, met her husband-to-be in 2010, when they worked as co-stars on the film "Dark Tide" (set to be released later this year).

This is the third marriage for Berry, who was previously hitched to baseball player David Justice for four years and singer Eric Benet for two years.

Last week, rumors of the pair's engagement emerged when Berry was spotted with a new bauble on her ring finger. At the time, reps for the two actors declined to confirm the development.

Berry's representative again declined to comment when asked for confirmation, but a rep for Gurhan, the jeweler that produced Berry's ring, told People that the pair are indeed engaged.

there are women who are stunningly beautiful, yet they seem to have a hard time finding a love that lasts. look at the late, great Elizabeth Taylor. we are not on the inside of their personal lives, so it's meaningless what speculations we make about their relationships. hope this one works out. everyone deserves to share their life with someone they love.
