Rush Limbaugh Compares Rick Perry To Fidel Castro For Romney Attacks (AUDIO)

Limbaugh Perry

Rush Limbaugh lashed out at Rick Perry on Wednesday, comparing the Republican presidential candidate to Fidel Castro for his attacks on Mitt Romney.

Limbaugh has been aghast at the attempts by many GOP hopefuls to tarnish Romney's tenure at Bain Capital, the company he helped found. On Wednesday, he played a clip of Perry strongly criticizing Romney.

After hearing Perry attack so-called vulture capitalism and hit Romney for presiding over layoffs at companies Bain helped buy out, Limbaugh was incensed.

"That is indefensible!" he fumed. "It's absurd ... this is the language of leftists! This is the way Fidel Castro thinks, or says he thinks."

Limbaugh continued, saying that he was "appalled" that people were attacking Romney about "the one thing he's actually pretty clearly conservative about."

As BuzzFeed noted on Wednesday, Limbaugh is not exactly a neutral observer when it comes to Bain. The company happens to own Clear Channel, the radio giant that pays Limbaugh's salary.

Perry has also not backed down from his criticisms. On Wednesday, he repeated the phrase "vulture capitalism" during appearances in South Carolina, and attacked "the idea that you come in and destroy people's lives, the idea that you come in just to make a quick profit tear these companies apart."

Greta Van Interviewed Rush awhile back......You can probably Youtube it.....And it even surprised me......Not because of it being a great interview or that greta of fox asked any great Q's, but Rush's shallow answers........
01:52 AM on 01/15/2012
And Rush knows there is some truth to what perry and others are saying.....And this article states that the company owns Clear Channel that pays Rush.....So there is no surprise here to Rush's stance......

Clear Channel owns more radio stations (850) than anyone else in the United States. They also own Premiere Radio Networks, the COMPANY THAT SYNDICATES the radio shows of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Glenn Beck, among others. Needless to say, Clear Channel basically owns conservative talk radio in the United States. So who owns Clear Channel? Well, it turns out that Bain Capital is one of the primary owners of Clear Channel.

that's interesting isn't it.

rush is a believer in the capitalist myth. he has a pot of gold in front of him and if his paranoia tells him some one might be after his pot of gold off he goes defending any kind of extreme capitalist fantasy dogma. its nice to know what the other side really believes and rush puts it out there for all to see. no matter how ugly it gets rush will defend it.

What is most heinous is how the Pubs scre wed the economy so badly that many young men and women thought it was a good way to escape poverty. Join the military. College and trade school were not available to them, due to their abject poverty, but 3 hots and a cot were. It's sickening.

Rush grovels to his corporate masters and does their bidding in return for millions in salary. I actually now have a level of respect for the other republican candidates except for Mittens of course. Not enough to vote for them, but at least they are calling Romney out. And that is a very good thing for the country.
What do they call people who do anything for money? Rush Limbaugh.

Ironically funny...Limbaugh's defense of Romeny. He couldn't stand him in 2008. Just shows you how weak the Republican field is when Rushbo and his ilk are supporting someone they really don't like.
11:37 AM on 01/13/2012
In a related story.....Limbaugh took back his comments about Perry when he remembered Perry was neither black nor a Democrat.
