First Posted: 01/11/12 08:22 AM ET Updated: 01/11/12 06:02 PM ET

Wauwatosa Patch:

A who's who of top Wisconsin Republican politicians are expected to appear at a Jan. 21 rally in support of Gov. Scott Walker at Hart Park in Wauwatosa.

While anti-Walker rallies have taken place throughout Wisconsin over the last year, this event is believed to be the first major rally in support of the governor since the effort to recall him began on Nov. 15.

January 21st would be a splendid day for a blizzard across Wisconsin. I was initially curious that Walker's cronies chose Wauwatosa, rather than Milwaukee. I figured that the soon-to-be-ex-Governor's remaining backers would be frightened of going into Milwaukee where they might have to see lots of scary Black's and Latino's busily canvasing for signatures to force Scott Walker to finish his college degree  Read More...

It was a great day for Scott Walker as thousands of "Stand with Walker" Wisconsinites cheered and applauded. What a great event.
Congratulations Governor Walker. We are PROUD of you.
Mr. Walker, YOU are what Success and Leadership looks like...

Who you going to blame then if you recall them and in a year or two, there's no money for people like teachers to pay the salaries and pensions. You may just biting the hand that feeds you. So sad.

is there parking for the tea party express? If not who will be there? He has no supporters in Wisconsin. I live in the most rightwing part of Wisconsin. They are all anti Walker now. it is because of the healthcare and social cuts..

such nonsense. I also live in Wisconsin. Central Wisconsin. As Right Wing as you can be and I see just as many I stand with Walker or we support walker signs as recall walker signs. You should right for the Journal Sentinel or HuffPo with the 'facts' that you provide.

Good News?

Oh this is just too funny. HP headlines this as good news for Walker that GOTP politicians are holding a rally for Walker, and they hope that 500 to 1,000 people MIGHT show up, most of who will have to be bussed in on Koch funded buses and served lunch in order to show up, and this is good news For Walker. Okay then what do you call the overwhelming support of people in Wisconsin to recall this man?

The more the so-called "GOP heavyweights" agitate for Walker, the HARDER the citizens of the state will be pushing back.

DUMP HIM, WI! Woohoo!

Nearly 200,000 protesting in the middle of winter in the snow against him. And they're cheering that they maybe, just maybe they will be able to scrounge up a 1,000 in support of him????
How laughable??? How is that good news????? LMAO

Pretty easy to fill the seats when teachers twist the minds of 16 year old students who have no idea what is actually going on. Pretty easy to fill the bleachers when in state and out of state big Union supporters show up. You anti Walker people are so ignorant to the fact that you are not being represented. This is about Union money disappearing. The quality of life for public AND private sector employees has either stayed the same or gotten better and I beg you to prove me wrong.

Even Scott Walker should have a rally - too bad it does not involve a rail and some tar.

Bring in the clowns. To little to late Walker. It will be interesting to see how many show up. When does the actual recall vote began? That will prove the facts one way or the other.

First they'll pass out caviar, truffles and champagne. Next they will all break out into Dr. Evil laughter.
At the end of the rally they'll "create" some jobs: litter carriers and garcon de pisse boys,
