Sexy Pizza Pin-Up Calendar: New York Restaurant L'asso Shows Saucy Side Of Pizza (PHOTOS)

The images below may prove what you already knew: pizza is damn sexy. New York pizza restaurant L'asso (the pear/gorgonzola pie is excellent, by the way) has created the "Pizza Is My Lover" 2012 calendar -- a selection of well, sensual pizza images. This pizza porn is a steal at only $10 and was created by Greg Barris, who is a comedian and partner at L'asso, and photographer Ashley Macknica.

I hate to do this b/c I'd like to be able to eat there without waiting, BUT their pizza is amazing. The new East Village location: great staff, amazing space, and the food is killer.

Here's a tip.

There's no artistry to these photos, they just took a few good looking pizzas made sure the lighting was adequate and voila, the visual look of the actual pizzas does not even measure up to the photos on packaging and advertising.
