Lindsay must have picked up a few kitchen techniques from Gordon Ramsay, the way the foul language flies so casually from her lips on "Top Chef: Texas" (Wed., 9 p.m. EST On Bravo). She was driving the woman crazy while during a challenge this week. For the first time, the restaurant wars challenge was divided into girls vs. boys.
It's a lot of work, and during the girls' service, the guys were clearly having a lot of fun playing the role of customers in their "restaurant." As their own service hadn't exactly gone smoothly, they were hoping things were a mess in the kitchen. Things certainly were tense, with Lindsay freaking out about how long it was taking to get food out, and even ripping into Beverly for plating with a plastic spoon.
Never mind that Lindsay was selected to be the front of the house, she was in the kitchen like she was running it, particularly targeting Beverly. In fact, she and Sarah virtually ganged up on the poor woman, who did all she could to defend herself. But no matter how the other women came down on her, it was Bev's dish that earned top marks from the judges, helping the women win the challenge.
At elimination, it was a failure with his Thai dish that sent Ty-Lor home, mustache and all, giving the women the advantage. Luckily for Beverly, though, they probably won't get divided like this anymore.
"Top Chef: Texas" continues every Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.

After their recent encounter with "A," Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer think they may be closer than ever to figuring out who "A" really is. But when the girls decide to enlist Caleb's hacking skills to help with their quest, Hanna no longer wants a part of the plan. Instead of focusing on figuring out who the "helper" is, Hanna decides to put all of her efforts into throwing a surprise party for Caleb. But will a surprise party at Spencer's lake house be the diversion Hanna is looking for, or just a recipe for disaster? Meanwhile, Aria and Ezra must deal with the aftermath of coming clean.

Nothing says refreshment quite like the summertime smoothie. These blended concoctions are a great way to cool down and power up, especially in the summer heat.
We spoke with Johnny about his new show, the rumor that he is leaving Jean Georges to work with chef Michael White, his favorite chocolates to use for pastries, and more.
In a nutshell, Top Chef needs to get over itself. It's so stone-faced you'd think entire nations were going to rise on fall based on the freshness of a scallop.
