Christina Aguilera and her son Max hit the high seas of Legoland Thursday to celebrate his birthday.

"The Voice" star's favorite little man turned four on January 12th and what better way to party, than with some rides. Max's dad, Aguilera's ex-husband Jordan Bratman, joined Aguilera, her boyfriend Matthew Rutler and Max for some theme park fun.

Aguilera and Bratman split in October of 2010 and their divorce was finalized last spring. Rutler and Aguilera began dating shortly after her split, having met on the set of the film "Burlesque."

It looks like Aguilera and Bratman are following in the footsteps of some other stars, like Courteney Cox and David Arquette, who've managed to have a happy and healthy post-divorce relationship.

Nice for C to do this herself. Family time is important for kids. Especially when parents are constantly tied to exhausting schedules, as I am sure C is. Suggestion, get away to Dollywood and DW Splash country in TN. The city of Pigeon Forge, TN is an incredible family place, and not many people would expect to recognize you there. You and your kids will truly enjoy the experience.

How cute! I do feel bad these celebrities are watched for everything they do. It's not big news a mother doing something with her child.

It's not big news but when it comes to celebrities alot of us want to see what they are doing, big or small. Don't know why we are fascinated with celebrities, it seems alot of them are truly unhappy anyway? I agree with you, it is ashame that everything they do is watched, but that is part of being a celebrity, unfortunately. All that money, comes at a price.
