Lara Stone Gets Carried Off By A Tornado In New Mercedes Commercial (VIDEO, PHOTOS)

Looks like Lara Stone needs to start checking her Weather.com app before she leaves the house.

The iconic model runs into some inclement weather in "American Fairytale," a new spot for Mercedes that was shot by Alex Prager in the desert of Los Angeles.

Stone alights from her Mercedes-Benz SL Roadster wearing all-black Calvin Klein in the midst of a field and find herself swept up by a tornado, literally swirling up into the sky in her stilettos.

If it all sounds very modern day Oz.... well, it is: the director describes it as "Mary Poppins meets The Wizard of Oz meets James Bond." We're sure Lara is just glad she didn't have to film her nude shots for this year's Pirelli calendar in the middle of a monsoon.
