Tina going over the falls and her miraculous appearance with the baby two months later. Cord's psycho mother Maria trying to poison Victoria with earrings. Larry Wolek's psycho stalker Tracy James, holding a gun on him proclaiming her undying love. Nash falling through the roof. Luna's death. Any and all things Dorian or Lindsay. Lauremce :Lau not aging a day between playing Greg Nelson on AMC and Sam Rappaport #2 on OLTL almost 25 years later. Ed & Carla's wedding. The Rauch era (everyone was now white, wealthy, and if female, blonde, chesty, and in bright colors).. Cathy Craig in rehab. Erika Sleazak bringing grace, dignity, and class to every appearance regardless of the dings to her character's grace, dignity, and/or class. Asian Blair witholding Asa's heart medication. FINALLY getting out of Eterna. FINALLY getting Clint back from the old west. The AIDS quilt drama with the Carpenter clan. The complexity of RJ Gannon as a character. Phil Carey's Asa. Grayson Hall's Tennessee Williams-meets-Marlboro voiced Euphemia Ralston.

These were my peeps. This was my show. Long live One Life!

Christmas vacation was not the same without the Fatherly/Santalike man on AMC. And the final episodes were like saying goodbye to someone who always had it worse than I did. Now I'll have to deal with my own problems and no one elses. Hmmm... guess I'll start following politics.

Another soap opera gone off air. Dang, that makes me want to turn off television for good.

I listened to this show for 30 years on the radio at work in PA, ID and OR it was my escape from the pressure and gossip of a typical office environment. Everyone thought I was listening to music but I was happily going to a world that had a cast of characters that I fell completely in love with. I'm far more depressed about this ending then I thought I could be and will watch the final episode in a few minutes with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes. My afternoon delight comes to an end this afternoon but my wonderful memories will last forever. Thanks to all the actors, writers and crew that created the best hour 7 at all my jobs five days a week for 30 years.

I have just watched the last show of OLTL with sorrow in my heart. It was beautifully done and happiness to everyone except to Todd. The ending was a shocker but great. I will miss this alot but I have it on DVR and can go back to Llanview anytime I want. Thank you Ron for a great ending to a show that should never have gone off. I will never forget my family, like Robin Strasser said on The View this morning, we were their family as much as they were ours. A great tribute to the best show on daytime.

Oh, I missed the end. I quit watching it quite a few years ago, but back in the day it was one of my "shows". I liked it when Nathan Fillion was Joey and dating Dorian, and when Nora and Bo were married, back in those days. I loved the original Todd Manning. In fact, I think I quit watching right around the time he went off the show.
