Zooey Deschanel Golden Globes 2012 Dress: Custom Prada! (PHOTOS, POLL)

The perennially "quirky" Zooey Deschanel didn't disappoint at tonight's Golden Globes,

The newly single actress, who's nominated for Best Actress for her TV show "New Girl," strolled the red carpet with her sister Emily in a dark green silk dress with an open back, custom made by Prada. The top is enriched with black and emerald green glass pearls, including a very chic ivory pearl embroidered collar.

Zooey complemented the look with a Prada clutch covered with emerald green glass pearls and Prada black satin platform closed toe pumps. And the crowning touch? Her tuxedo manicure, which she gleefully tweeted about.

Michelle Williams has got it down! She is able without over flash to be STUNNING! Quite an accomplishment. Hard to do! She looks Tall.Slender, composed & all one color, Love it. She didnt throw away $20,000. Go Michelle. We Love You! Your darling daughter too!

How can anyone say anything at all negative about Zooey?? She maybe "quirky" but I think that is a plus for her. Without quirky she would be like all of the other actresses. Her sister Emily is beautiful and has a touch of "quirky" too.

I thought it was a nice change of pace for her. She usually does the full skirt thing. I just would like her to learn how to pose. She ruined the line of the dress leaning her over to the side so much.
