'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' Recasting Camille Grammer?

If Bravo can fire half the cast of "Real Housewives of New York City," the "Housewives" across the nation have got to be shaking in their stilettos -- and rightfully so. But this time, instead of blindsiding a franchise's current stars, the network is telling its talent upfront that they might not be coming back.

"I had a good year so I would want to go back for a third season, but they haven't asked me yet, so I wonder what's going on with that," Camille Grammer told me. "I guess they decided who they want and I guess they are going to start casting, looking for new housewives. They told me they were going to start looking so it wasn't behind my back. They were like, 'Sorry we are doing a big casting call.' I was like, 'Thanks.'"

Camille admits the decision is hurtful, but understands why the show might need to change things up after an emotionally grueling season dealing with the suicide of Taylor Armstrong's husband, Russell Armstrong.

"When you watch the scenes between Taylor and Russell, it is uncomfortable," Camille tells me. "I think some of the viewers feel that way. I'm glad that some of our viewers are coming back around and joining the season and our viewership is up. We took a little dip because of what happened, and I think we are on a upswing, so that is really positive."

Co-star Kyle Richards told me yesterday that she, like Camille, would like to do another season but was focused more on making sure her sister, Kim Richards, who has just left rehab, gets better.

Camille is an interesting person in my book and probably a saint for putting up with Kelsey grammer as long as she did. You can tell Andy Cohen likes her so I think she will be back. Brandi is a decent human being and would be interested in seeing more of her. Adrienne should stay. I think Russell and Taylor were sociopathic grifters and I dont think you can believe one thing Taylor says. She probably needs the $ desperately so I say give her another year to see if she can get her act together. Kyle and her sister can go and lisa Im on the fence about.One thing I will say is EVERYBODY including andy on the recap last week LOOKED awful and 10 years older than on the last episode. I dont know if it was lighting, makeup, or what?

All of these nasty, and holier than thou comments re: "Kim Richards" and "Taylor Armstrong" almost scare me how insensitive some people can be, I hope without meaning to be. These are real women going through probably the most difficult times in both of their lives, and they were caught in their separate tragic circumstances with camera's rolling and you might take a minute and realize how much more difficult and heartbreaking this makes it for them? I have always been a fan of Kim..I want to see her conquer her demons and I would love it if she got some real work..she is endearing and I know fragile, but I have faith in her. If only because she is so loved by her family, she may surprise you all. Taylor has been in real hell for a long time, and it is not anyone's place to judge, period. I hope Bravo has the class to bring them all back..especially Camille. She showed her true colors this season, and let her guard down, and gets points for not allowing Taylor to lie to herself any longer! Kelsey Grammer is a real f'ing pig to treat the Mother of his children with such disdain. He has made his bed, so I hope he gets bedbugs.

I think the RHBH show should continue with the original cast and follow their progress through life's ups and downs - that's the real reality to me and the reason I watch the show. The occasional "brief" visitor could add spice, but to me, Dana and Brandi were unwelcome additions and I thought threatened to cheapen and ruin the show. I'm not the least bit interested in either one of them. No one really wants to hear Brandi's filthy comments and Dana is just a boring bragger. I wouldn't be sorry to see them go. Leave Camille alone - you don't fire a real sister or family member!!!

I totally agree. What's up with letting Camille go? Her shows ratings were higher
then Kelseys on his new show! He's a DOG and can as Tony says can get bed
bugs for all i care. Kim needs time away from the show to get better. Kyle as far
as i can see adds nothing but her splits which she does whenever possible. Lisa
is getting a spin-off so probably won't be back. So is Kim from her Atlanta show.
Dana and the others at the party were boring. Brandi speaks her mind. Taylor i
am on the fence she didn't do anything to be in a place to leave the show it would
be nice to see her move on her personality has already shows changes. Until you
live in an abusive relationship you can't speak about it. It floors me what in the world
is Lisa going to do on a spin off show...Carry her dog around with her everywhere
and i wonder if Cedric is invited. lol. It sounds boring already!! KEEP CAMILLE...

Bravo should stay with the original cast members only and let us watch and support their evolution. The Beverly Hills housewives are the only ones in all the groups that I find interesting and fun to know because they really live glamorous lives and have reason to enjoy their new fame in this format. But, this is one fan who won't be watching anymore if they bring in more unwelcome mean and ugly characters that no on ever heard of who are just dying to get in with the group. I'm sure the original ladies have better things to do than hang out with them !!

Bravo could find themselves as part of Taylor's lawsuit with creditors if she stays. She's a dishonest loudmouth and needs to get off. Keeping Kim for amusement purposes, when she is clearly fragile, could bite Bravo in the butt if something bad happened. I believe both will GO.

I assume Lisa will leave now that she has her own show (with Kevin Lee, no less!).

Camille is a favorite and she has that smokin' hot boyfriend. Can't imagine Bravo won't keep that going.

I miss the good old days when cable did little but rerun old movies endlessly. Even watching "the thing" for the hundredth time is more edifying than watching trash TV.

what's with the puffy injected morphed lips. I mean, they must've had a chance to look at themselves on TV. They look horrible. I just do not get it. Specially when one side takes on a separate life of its own (one side is larger than the other). Ladies, do not believe that person who is injecting you...it does not look appealing at ALL

While I found Camille to be especially repellent last season, I have to say, that gray draped number she wore during the confrontation scene with Taylor (this is all made up right?) was a compelling costume choice for one of the best performances of the season. The woman looks great and is far more engaging now that she shed the 300 pound gorilla.

WOW, that is sooo wrong of them to do. For your cast does touch on real life issues that even the rich cannot avoid. Camille, the show will never be the same without you being there. You are so full of class, kindness, and are extremely lady like. No matter what happens, I hope you will find a way to remain in the public eye, for you are inspiring to so many of us women.

Any good friend would of opened their mouth when they feel there is abuse on the wife so if his mother is complaining she should think what it was for Taylor's daughter to go through. Camille did a favor for the child and Taylor by saying what she said

Abuse is a horrible situation to live in and that confrontation at that party was so out of line. That's when Taylor said you have no idea what you have done because it was out then and her husband took offense to that which then left Taylor in real danger.
You can't always just walk away from that. Many think it's easy but it's a very hard thing to do! Yes she talked about it to her friends.
Kim ( Needs time to get her life back in control) Running in the bathroom that night just
to drink. Give me a break she was on more then alcohol. Only takes a second to add it to your beverage. She lived 1/2 the show in the john.
Kyle (Have no idea a reason to keep her) All she does is splits. Now Maurice is hot!
Dana ( No reason to keep her 25,000 for a pair of sun glasses) And who is she?
Just my opinion. Maybe they should give the original cast another year and see where things go from there. Except Dana!
