Sleigh Bells 'Comeback Kid': New Single From 'Reign Of Terror'

Get down this morning with some new Sleigh Bells.

The band has released a new song, "Comeback Kid" in anticipation of their February 21 album, "Reign of Terror." Fans who pre-order the album on iTunes, will receive "Comeback Kid" for free when they order.

The three-minute long song throws together a poppy melody against a synth-heavy rhythmic background for a tune that makes you want to dance in a room full of holographic rainbows.

"To me, the 'Comeback Kid' melodies are straight R&B," Alexis Krauss of Sleigh Bells told Spin. "But we don't do the melodies with an R&B affect and we don’t do them the way a traditional pop group would do them."

Derek Miller added, "It's by far my favorite track."

I actually bought their release on vinyl because of one of the other tunes I like, but am sorry I did. It's unmemorable and gets old by the end of Side 1.
