31 Photos Of Obama Reacting To GOP Presidential Primary Race

First Posted: 01/23/2012 8:27 am   Updated: 01/23/2012 8:27 am

While he's surely keeping a close eye on the field of Republican candidates hungry to take his job, President Obama has rarely commented on the GOP primary race. This weekend, Newt Gingrich become the third winner of as many contests, and Obama must have some pretty strong feelings about the race.

These photos aren't really Obama's reactions to the GOP race, but we're pretty sure they capture his mood 100% authentically.

There are those of us who see these pictures of our president and think, "He seems like a personable, genuine man with a nice smile." and then there are those who see him smiling and it provokes the most irrational seething hatred. For no reason. I just don't get it.

He looks so easy, comfortably happy in his skin.
the pundits keep saying he doesn't seem to enjoy being president.
How can they really believe that?

Most of those shots of him laughing were taken after he was asked when he was going to close Guantanamo Bay

I can understand laughing at that question because he signed the order to close Gitmo on January 21, 2009. The reason it isn't closed is that Congress hasn't passed the legislation to move the prisoners.

What was the point of this write up.... really...because I didn't see the humor....lest you were describing Obama's desire for a two party system in America.....I guess the same could have been written about a Republican response to President Obama's recent speeches....except it would be hard to find so many pics of the same person yawning.....

I totally enjoyed scrolling through the pics!
The point of this write-up was to satisfy us Obama fans and supporters, and feed our hunger for more of him....

I smiled throughout while scrolling, and actually scrolled through them twice!
I'm sorry you feel that way....GOBAMA!

Wow. Reading some of these absolute brainless fanboy posts below has made me lose more faith in humanity and especially this nation as a whole. Absolutely pathetic. Do you people never actually research anything on your own for your own good, or do you just mindlessly accept everything that those who claim to align with your personal beliefs say?

no.we mindlessly accept whatever you post.

An intelligent, attractive, compassionate, visionary, confident, competent, loving husband, doting father, a true leader ... who can light up a room with his smile and give even the manliest man goosebumps when he sings ... "Let's Stay Together."

And then, there's ... Newt Gingrich!
