Karl Lagerfeld Budget Line Debuts At Net-A-Porter (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Karl Lagerfeld's Budget Line Hits Stores

After months of hype and build-up, Karl Lagerfeld's 'Karl' collection finally wheezed its way into the bona fide commerce and e-commerce worlds Wednesday.

With pop-up stores debuting in Sydney, Berlin, Paris, London and New York City, Lagerfeld created a frenzy as shoppers also rushed online to Net-A-Porter, where the Karl line was up for online shopping at 10:30 ET.

So what do the clothes look like? Mostly black and white, lots of leather and faux leather and sleek silhouettes -- in other words, quintessential Karl.

Some of it's already sold out, obviously (like the cheapest item, a $25 canvas bag bearing Karl's mug) but there are plenty of the priciest piece, a $1,350 "snakeskin"-effect leather jacket, left for grabs.

Check out some pieces from the collection below. Will you be buying any?
